Thank you for your interest in bidding on city bids/contracts. The City of Decatur requires a number of suppliers to provide goods and services for daily operation. The bidder list application is used by the Purchasing Department to maintain a list of interested vendors cataloged by the commodity offered. It is not required to be registered on this list to submit bids or quotations; however, registered bidders will be solicited directly (based on commodity code) when a sealed bid is required for goods or services.
