Decatur Direct is the City of Decatur’s online public service request system. Residents can use it to report nonemergency concerns, request City assistance, and track issues involving public property or City services.
Use Decatur Direct to report potholes, damaged sidewalks, drainage problems, illegal dumping, overgrown vegetation, park maintenance concerns, damaged signs, code enforcement concerns, and other community service needs.
Do Not Use Decatur Direct for Emergencies
Decatur Direct is not monitored as an emergency reporting system.
Call 911 immediately to report an active crime, fire, medical emergency, or any situation that poses an immediate threat to life, safety, or property.
Do not submit an emergency through Decatur Direct.
