Enjoy convenient, unlimited access to the Downtown Decatur Parking Deck with a monthly parking pass.
For $56 per month, passholders receive a personalized QR code that provides unlimited entry and exit. The code is delivered by email and can be saved to an Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Simply scan the QR code at the gate each time you enter or leave the parking deck.
The monthly pass offers a convenient parking option for downtown employees, business owners, residents, and frequent visitors.
Request a Monthly Pass
Complete the online form below to request a monthly parking pass. A City of Decatur employee will review your information, create your account, and email instructions for accessing your personalized QR code.
Submitting the form does not immediately activate a parking pass. Please make sure the email address you provide is correct because the City will use it to deliver your QR code, invoices, and account updates.
Monthly Fee and Billing
The monthly parking pass costs $56. The City bills passholders at the end of each month and emails the invoice to the address provided during registration. Payment is due upon receipt.
Parking access may be deactivated if an account has an unpaid balance. The QR code will be reactivated after the balance is paid in full.

Cancellation Policy
To avoid being charged for the next month, submit your cancellation request before the first day of that month. Requests received on or after the first will take effect the following month, and the $56 fee for the current month will still apply.
