Certificate

A certificate recognizes an individual, business, or organization for a special occasion, milestone, anniversary, achievement, or community contribution.

How Do I Submit a Request?

Complete all required fields and provide a proposed draft of the proclamation or letter with your request. Please submit requests at least three weeks before the requested presentation or delivery date. This allows the Mayor’s Office enough time to review, approve, and prepare the recognition.

The Mayor’s Office reviews each request individually and reserves the right to edit, approve, or decline any request. Approval of a previous request does not guarantee future approval. Organizations seeking an annual proclamation or recognition must submit a new request each year.
